About Us:
Oxford Timorese Community Association (OTCA)

We are a non-profit volunteer organisation in Oxford with a board and committee team, who work as volunteers and commit their time to fulfil our aims through serving. We strive to advance our existing initiatives which support the Timorese community while advocating on behalf of the Timorese Community through democratic and inclusive organisational structures.

OTCA believe in the role of community group play and how important their activities are in promoting the welfare of individual members. We pursue partnering with other organisations with similar objectives while striving to develop a strong network of Timorese in the city of Oxford and beyond.

Vision
We aspire to create a healthy and diverse community by promoting the interest of the Timorese Community, sharing skills and working cooperatively with other organisations and wider communities.
